Berraondo: I am calling because I made an order for 20 printers and only 17 have arrived.

TLC: Oh, really? I'm sorry to hear that.

Berraondo: Yes, and it's the second time I have received a delivery incompletely.

TLC: I am afraid there might be something wrong in the order administration. 

Berraondo: I agree, but I really need  those three printers as quick as possible. The delay has not suited well with my customers. 

TLC: Well, we have had some stock problems.

Berraondo: I understand, but could you make the orderASAP?

TLC: I promise to order dispatch next Monday.

Berraondo: No, that won't do. I need it sooner than that. 

TLC: I am very sorry, but it's not going be possible.

Berraondo: Very well. Then could you at least send an email confirming the dispatch?
